Assess

Identify current ability, comfort, technique and goals.

Correct

Use specific drills to address the swimmer's actual technical needs.

Develop

Build endurance, consistency and confidence without sacrificing technique.

Progress

Advance when skills are demonstrated consistently—not simply after a set number of lessons.

COACHING PHILOSOPHY

Development before shortcuts

Napas Swim School is built around proper technique, patient progression and helping each swimmer become more capable, confident and independent.

Coach Julio Martinez brings decades of experience in learn-to-swim instruction, developmental swimming, competitive age-group coaching and youth athlete development in Cuba and South Florida.

The goal is simple: teach swimmers correctly, help them understand what they are doing, and give them the tools to continue improving.

START WITH AN ASSESSMENT

Let’s identify the swimmer’s next step.

Tell us the swimmer’s age, current ability and goals. We’ll use that information to recommend the right starting point.
